The bottom of the eye lid would not droop like in the feature outline above. The lower line around the eye helps me determine what to do. In this case, when looking at the bottom perimeter of the eye socket opening, this tells me that the eye would have a tendency to close slightly. In bright light a person would not hold their head slightly up and would probably squint.
