Given the view I have to work from, the final rendering would make the subject appear to be looking slightly down, as if the chin was a little high. So in the final result the eye lids will appear slightly larger on top and the ears will be aligned between the eyes and the mouth vertically. 
The forehead eye bridge has a wide rounded curve and the nose starts out from the forehead at the top of the eyes (even with the eye lids vertically).
